How do I make changes to or cancel my order? We have set up our system to automatically process your order as quickly as possible. For that reason, we CANNOT make changes to or cancel your order after it has been submitted on our website. Please double-check all of your address information, the products you ordered, and the shipping method you've selected prior to completing your order. If an error is made, we need you to receive the order and return it (if the return policy allows) for a refund. We are unable to refund your cost of shipping and handling if you decide that you do not want an order after it has been sent to the warehouse for processing. Please note: If your order includes an item that is particularly large, or if you have ordered in large quantities, our shipping calculator may not accurately give you the total shipping cost for your order. In most cases, this will not be a problem, but in the case of a large discrepancy, you will be notified of the difference and your order may be held pending your reply.
Most orders placed by 1:00 pm Central, Mon-Fri, will usually ship the same day, providing credit card information is correct, your order is not oversize air, and it is not a holiday. If time is of the essence, please let us know on the "Special Instructions" portion of the Order Form. Additionally, give us a quick way to contact you in the event of a problem.
How long will it take to receive my order? Orders generally ship the same or next business day. Arrival time depends on the service level you choose at the time you place the order (Ground, 3-Day, 2-Day, or Next Day). Please refer to our Shipping Time Estimator to get specific information on how long it will take your order to get from us to you.
How do I track an order? Once you have placed your order, you check its status and track it by going to our Track Order page. Enter your order number in the first field and the zip code of the billing address in the second field, and then click the "Find Order" button.
What's the quickest way to find what I'm looking for? Two ways: 1. Use the search field at the top of each page - enter key words like "spiderman costume" or "luau leis" and click the "SEARCH" button. 2. Visit our Product Finder. There, you can enter key words as well as the type of party or product you are looking for, to help narrow down your search.
How do I know if something is in stock? Our system will not let an order get placed for an item that is out of stock. You will be notified if the quantity or item you are requesting is not available. Our system will also let you know if we sell a similar product that could serve as a replacement.
Are your costumes officially licensed? Yes, our brand merchandise comes from the top vendors in the United States, and licensed costumes will bear the official logo or trademarked name.
