How do I use my coupon or promo code?
If you have an online coupon code, you will have the opportunity to enter it during the checkout process. While most offline coupons are redeemable online, there are exceptions. Look for the phrase “online coupon code” and enter the corresponding combination of numbers and letters when prompted within the shopping cart. A coupon that does not provide an “online coupon code” is not valid online.

Only one coupon is allowed per order. Free or discounted shipping offers are considered coupons.

Why was the promo code I entered not applied to my order?
Each coupon has its own rules and requirements. Please read the coupon carefully for applicable restrictions. Some coupons can only be used in our stores. To be valid online, a coupon must have an “online coupon code”.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on the total value of the merchandise in your order and the delivery method you choose.

Please consult this chart for shipping costs. Days shown are business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Total delivery time includes 1-3 days processing in our warehouse plus a range of time for transit for shipping from Naperville, Illinois. Premium and Express orders are filled first.

How do I know that my order has been received and/or shipped?
As soon as an order is received at factorycard.com, we will automatically send you an order acknowledgement by e-mail. At the same time, your order will be sent to our distribution center for processing.

We will then send you a billing confirmation e-mail after we have shipped your order to you and charged your credit card. Save this e-mail for your records.

Can I order products from your Web site over the phone?
Yes. Please call us toll-free at (888) 840-8066. We are available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.CDT Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

When will I receive my order?
Most orders ship the business day following the date the order is received. Business days are weekdays excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays. Premium and Express shipping orders are processed first, so we recommend using one of these two air services if delivery time is critical. During peak seasons it may take up to three business days to process your order prior to shipping. After processing time, shipping time is based on the delivery option you select. Shipping times are not guaranteed, but each delivery method identifies total estimated processing and shipping time.

How can I track my order?
You can track your package from the time UPS receives it until it is delivered to you. We will send you your UPS tracking number and a link to UPS.com in your order confirmation e-mail after your order is shipped.

Do you charge sales tax?
We are required to charge state and local sales taxes on products delivered within the states where our parent company (AAH Holdings) operates locations. Sales tax for your ZIP Code is calculated during the checkout process. Some states also tax services, such as shipping and handling.

Do you ship to Alaska & Hawaii?
Yes. Factory Card & Party Outlet offers shipping to Alaska and Hawaii via Premium shipping, one of our air services. At checkout, select "Premium" for orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.
