What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction is unconditionally guaranteed. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with any purchase, simply return the product with your receipt within 30 days for a full refund. For online purchases, the packing list serves as your receipt. Merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition in which it was received. There are two options for returning merchandise to Factory Card & Party Outlet:
1) Ship your return to our Customer Service department, or
2) Visit any of our almost 200 store locations in 17 states. 1) To ship your return to our Customer Service department: - Package items to be returned with a copy of the packing slip.
- Return your package prepaid with a carrier that provides package tracking and insurance.
- Send your package to: Factory Card & Party Outlet, Attn. Customer Service, 2727 W. Diehl Road, Naperville, IL, 60563.
- We will process your return within five business days of receipt.
- You will receive an e-mail when your return has been processed. Please allow 2-3 days for the refund to appear within your credit card account.
2) Returns to any Factory Card & Party Outlet retail store: - Your return or exchange must be accompanied by your original receipt. For online purchases, the packing list that came in the package with your purchase serves as your receipt. The e-mail acknowledgement you received immediately after you placed your order does not serve as your receipt.

After you initiate a return by phone, we will provide you with specific return instructions. If the product is being returned because it was received defective, the box arrived damaged or we sent you the incorrect merchandise, we will send you a return address label by e-mail that provides pre-paid shipping by United Parcel Service (UPS). Otherwise, you will be instructed to return your package pre-paid via any carrier you choose. We recommend you insure your package and use a carrier that allows package tracking. If you need to change or cancel your order, please Contact Us immediately. If your order has not yet been processed, we will assist you with your request. We process and ship orders as quickly as possible, however, so we are not always able to stop an order before it is processed and shipped. If we are unable to change or cancel your order before it ships, you may return or exchange the item(s) using our standard return policy.
